Netapp Data Administrator ONTAP - guidence on exam changes from version NS0-163 to NSX0-164

Hello Everyone,

I was checking official Certification Preparation Session: NetApp Certified Data Administrator, ONTAP 20 minute web video and i noticed preparation is only for version NS0-163.

However, when i want to schedule exam on netapp cp.certmetrics.com I can only see listed NetApp Data Administrator ONTAP Professional Exam (NCDA) version NS0-164 .

My quesions are:

How much different is NS0-164 version?

What materials to use for specific NS0-164 version ?

Did any of you guys pass NS0-164 and how different it was ?

I answered a simlilar question on discord.

The only "changes" that would be visable would be in the catagories. Here under this URL - https://www.netapp.com/support-and-training/netapp-learning-services/certifications/ontap-data-administration/

There's a list of topics that we use as guidelines for writing the exam questions. The "delta" isn't documented between the exams, but you can see a list of things that will be on the test. This test's catagories haven't changed in a few years

Generally either new questions are written for each version of the exam or existing questions are updated. The topics of the exam usually stay the same between versions, unless there's so major new change to ONTAP.
