Not able to access \\filler\etc$\log\retransmit

Hello Folks,

I am not able to access Not able to access \\filler\etc$\log\retransmit. getting error code 0x80004005.

Since I am not receiving autosupport over the email. I need to get it manuall.

filler IP is reachable and access through SSH. even able to access though system manager.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try to access from de SPI? (https://cluster_ip/spi/)

Another option is from ActiveIQ. If the autosupport was uploaded, you can download it searching for the node serial number, in autosupport section.
