Storevault S550 joining to Active Directory

I am having a bit of difficulty joining a Store vault S550 to our Active Directory

I have done the following:

Enter the credentials in Storevault Security Settings (Windows Authentication mode)

- eventually it reports that “Terminal readTheoperation completed successfully)… CIFS local server has shut down result = 1 OK”

It is not able to map to “shares” on the Storevault” using AD credentials

Advanced – view System Log

- It states “could not set filer password in domain”

Does anybody have any idea what I am doing wrong or do I need to get certain ports opened?

Is your Domain Controller on WIn2008 or Win2003 server? 2008 is not supported.

The Domain controller are Windows 2003.
