Data Cataloging of CIFS share which is on Netapp FAs3140 & other dell share storage

We have lot of shares (approx 20) each 4 TB to 10 TB , data spread in different CIFS share archive.

Now we would like cataloging our data, this is running in my mind:

All CIFS share is based on department (dept1, dept2, dept3, dept4 ...etc)

Now we would to identify on the basis of customer folder which might be 3 but the share we have is 20 so is there any software available to do cataloging of all the data.

Motive: Is to make a better understanding for user & easy to go to there share (doesn't matter where the share data reside in which share)
