    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guys&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In our environment we have provided SAN storage from EMC for a particular server. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this scenario, is it possible to provide SAN storage from Netapp to the same server where EMC storage is already provided?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, kindly let me know the procedure to follow.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You didn't provide enough details such as protocol (Fibre Channel?), OS type of server, etc., but in general the answer would be yes it's possible.&amp;nbsp; We migrated our data contained in unix, OpenVMS, and Windows hosts, from EMC Symmetrix to NetApp FAS by mapping NetApp FC luns to the hosts which were already using EMC luns.&amp;nbsp; I'd say be careful about the lun id's and make sure they are unique.&amp;nbsp; HTH.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
