Running a FAS270 with OnTap 7.2.3 with Oracle Linux 5

We have Oracle Linux 5 servers pointing to the NAS device, each to their own respective volumes on the same aggregate. Server 1 can access it's .snapshot directory, but server 2 cannot. Server 2 can see the .snapshot folder but when it attempts to access it it says, "The folder contents cannot be displayed". The permissions are 777 on the .snapshot directory, so I don't think that's the issue. Snapshots are still occurring and I can access the volumes other directories just fine. Ideas or suggestions?

Thanks!

The only idea that I had was related to FSID, which may be different between AFS and snapshots. What NFS version are you using – NFS v3 or NFS v4?

Does any of these KB help?

https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&id=2015880

https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&id=2015819

https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&id=2011481

https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&id=2013487
