First a netboot always ended with a panic. Then I changed the cfcard to a older one (256mb) and tried it with a netboot. The older card has to less space so I changed back to the original one and like murphy want I could do a netboot.

I've then chosen the "Install new software first" menu option and installed OnTap 8.1.3P3. And it worked:

/cfcard/x86_64/freebsd/image1/kernel: OS 8.1.3P3

/cfcard/x86_64/freebsd/image2/kernel: OS 8.1.3P3

/cfcard/x86_64/diag/diag.krn: 5.7.1

/cfcard/x86_64/firmware/excelsio/firmware.img: Firmware 1.9.0

/cfcard/x86_64/firmware/DrWho/firmware.img: Firmware 2.5.0

/cfcard/x86_64/firmware/SB_XV/firmware.img: Firmware 4.4.0

/cfcard/x86_64/firmware/SB_XVI/firmware.img: Firmware 5.2.1

/cfcard/x86_64/firmware/SB_XVIII/firmware.img: Firmware 7.2.2

/cfcard/x86_64/firmware/SB_XIX/firmware.img: Firmware 8.1.0

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 FPGA 3.0 (Build 0x201301310951)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache Firmware 2.3 (Build 0x201204251259)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: PAM II Firmware 1.11 (Build 0x201204251243)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 CPLD 0.0 (Build 0xe)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 NAND Parameters 0.0 (Build 0x3)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 NAND Parameters 0.0 (Build 0x3)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 NAND Parameters 0.0 (Build 0x3)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 NAND Parameters 0.0 (Build 0x2)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 NAND Parameters 0.0 (Build 0x2)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 NAND Parameters 0.0 (Build 0x2)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 NAND Parameters 0.0 (Build 0x2)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 NAND Parameters 0.0 (Build 0x2)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: Flash Cache 2 NAND Parameters 0.0 (Build 0x2)

/cfcard/common/firmware/zdi/zdi_fw.zpk: X1936A FPGA Configuration PROM 1.0 (Build 0x200706131558)

Thanks for your help Nate!
