Could we access a CIFS share without username and password?

Hi!

How could a CIFS share can be access without username and password. My filers are connected to AD, so our AD users could have direct access without credentials but how could i have the same access from every user either its domain or local user.

Hi,

You need to have vserver join AD if you are using c-mode.

Hi Shafqaat

If your filer CIFS setup using AD, then all your user AD login could be used to access the CIFS share directly without another ID.
