    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have 2 filers clusterd w/ontap3.3.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for some reason, one of the files is unable to authenticate with our Active directory domain.. the following error occurs.. unable to acquire credentials: invalid password: no logon servers available.&amp;nbsp; nobody is able to access the cifs share either...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did the following to try to resolve the issue..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pulled the file out of our AD domain, and readded it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no errors with&amp;nbsp; DNS,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;restarted CIFS reset it too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rebooted the filer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you help me out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you verify that the date between the filler and your active directory server have less than 5 min difference ? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
