Migrate IBM V7000 to Netapp CIFS

I'm trying to find a tool that will help me move user file data from the IBM NAS to Netapp. We've been trying to move it all but 26TB is a lot of files to move and too many files change on a daily basis to get the files to copy over and sync in a short enough time span to make the cut over.

I thought about attempting something like the F5 ARX product to virtualize the files but I dont think they offer that product any more.

Does anyone have a solution here?

I have used and highly recommend Peer Software PeerSync Migration Edition (http://www.peersoftware.com/products/sync-backup/peersync-migration-edition.html).
