SVM CIFS Setup Failure

While trying to create a SVM with CIFS configured we are facing the following error.

The error returned by ONTAP is "Data ONTAP API Failed :Failed to create the Active Directory machine account "USERDIRSVM". Reason: Socket receive error Details: Error: Machine account creation procedure failed [ 107] Loaded the preliminary configuration. [ 131] Created a machine account in the domain [ 144] SID to name translations of Domain Users and Admins completed successfully [ 167] Kerberos password set for 'USERDIRSVM$@QA01.ENG.COMPANY.COM' succeeded [ 167] Set initial account password [ 168] Connecting to NetLogon server ad2k12r2-01.qa01.eng.company.com (10.X.X.X) **[ 169] FAILURE: Unable to connect to NetLogon service on ** ad2k12r2-01.qa01.eng.cohesity.com (Error: ** RESULT_ERROR_SPINCLIENT_SOCKET_RECEIVE_ERROR) [ 178] Deleted existing account 'CN=USERDIRSVM,CN=Computers,DC=qa01,DC=eng,DC=company,DC= com' . "
