Hi team

I would like to know is it possible to view how many times a CIFS share has been accessed? My assiingment would like to know some analytics to every share on their netapp device.

Any information would be helpful.

There is no counter for such a task.
You can see online user sessions to files with MMC, once you connect it.
If you need such a functionality, you need to write a custom script, probably using NetApp powershell module.
