    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to run a report on the physical system disks on a system running ONTAP 8.0.1RC3 7-Mode.&amp;nbsp; I created a local filer user account with Administrative priviledges for OM access.&amp;nbsp; I used that account for OM authentication.&amp;nbsp; When I look in physical disks or run a report on disk, nothing is reported. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Are you able to see everything else like luns, volumes, qtrees, aggregates etc. Is it only the disks that are not seen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Are the monitoring services running. Is there a case where monitoring been suspended due to lack of space?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Can you provide the output of the following commands&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; a. dfm host diag &amp;lt;your filer name or ip or ID&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; b. dfm report view disks &amp;lt;your filer name or ip or ID&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.
