      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for new updates on the Insight toolbar =&amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Help =&amp;gt; Check for Updates..&lt;/EM&gt;. and get the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 30px;"&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://community.netapp.com/legacyfs/online/26444_pastedImage_1.png" style="width: 310px; height: 114px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other connections (to www) from the Insight Server work correctly. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Michael&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

In IE -&amp;gt; Internet Options -&amp;gt; Connections -&amp;gt; Lan Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, is OCI configured to use the same proxy? OCI is setup to use a proxy under the OCI ASUP configuration section in the OCI administrative web portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Matt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
