Feature wise there is no difference between 3.7 and 3.7.1

Only difference is 3.7 is a FCS release and 3.7.1 is a GA release.

PS:for future queries related to DFM/Operation-Mgr/Provisioning-Mgr/Performance Advisor pls use the storage management communities
