      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try these:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Check in control panel how many Java path are enabled. Enable only which uses SANscreen java location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Add entry in hosts file, in case you are accessing it from different server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
