Issue sending SNMP traps to 3rd Party tool

Hi,

I would like to know the steps for sending SNMP traps to any thirdparty tool.

Do we have to compile NetApp MIB before sending the traps ?

We had configured the filer by providing the community string and 3rd party hostname, but traps are not being sent.

Please advice..
