EMC clariion CLI using navisphere

Hi.

My problem is that teh data source is coming back saying :

Can not parse disk

What does that mean ?

Am i missing something in the New_diskmodel file?

What is wrong.

Version 6.4.1 with with the latest sp on .

Can you right click the datasource -> Create Support Report, and send me the resulting file at ostiguy at netapp dot com ?

I am not seeing any hits in our bugs database for "Can not parse disk"

If you have 7zip installed, open the zip with 7 zip, navigate to the "acq" folder, and pluck the foundation_XYZ...zip out of that folder - it should be much much smaller.

That foundation_xyz....zip , where XYZ is your datasource name,is the actual datasource recording, which is probably all I need

Or go to https://upload.netapp.com/hq/Userfile. Enter Matt's email when it asks for an email address. When it arrives he'll be sent an email with a URL where it can be downloaded.

Engineering actually already has cooked up a patch for Jonas.

The Clariion / VNX for block seems to have a defined RAID group with no disks that are part of it. The patch will skip over such a RAID group, but we are curious to know if the customer knows the history of it
