Permissions for the Proxy account

I'm trying to figure out why i'm not able to discover the proxy from Balance. The account that i used to start the proxy service is a domain account that is in the local admins group on the proxy server. According to the install instructions it should be working.

Any ideas?

Are you getting any errors? If you are getting a generic failure message, you can see more details hovering over the questions marks near the error.

If you have a specific errors that is coming up, the NetApp KB is chock full of helpful articles fixing the problem. (Thanks, Dan and Don!)
