dfm run cmd >> permission denied from linux host

I've run into an issue on my Linux DFM server where when running commands from the CLI i get permission denied. I've sporadically hit bug 514679 when running 4.0.2 as well this error.

[<user_name>@dfmserver ~]$ dfm run cmd <filer> version

Error: DFM Console Execute permission denied on <filer>.

I've recently upgraded to OC5.0.... was hoping this would fix the issues but, i'm still faced with the 'permissions denied'. The user I'm logging in as, has GlobalFullControl and ldap testing proves to work... I’m just not certain as to why my user with GFC is being denied access...... any thoughts?

Hi Scott,

This issue is fixed only in 4.0.2D9, and not in OC 5.0. This should be available in the GA release of OC 5.0.

Agree with Adai, try 4.0.2D9
