System Manager silent installation

Hi guys,

I want to know how can I install OnCommand System manager 3.1.1 on Windows 2012 as an unatteded way.

I want to make a VM which have installed VMware vCenter and System Manager in an automatic way. So could you me tell how can I achieve this?

I have checked the installation manaual of "OnCommand_System_Manager_311_Installation_and.pdf" but there are no discription about silent installation. I believe there should be..
