In WFA LUN migration from 7 mode to C mode where does the QSM and Where does the VSM happen? From 7 mode to 7 mode staging what can be possible and from 7 mode staging to C mode staging what can be possible?

Workflow is WFA LUN Migration from 7mode to C mode. And I need NFS hardlink utility if u can give me a link to download
