How to allocate NFS volume to UNIX VM and Windows VM Host on Cluster mode 8.3?

I am new to Ontap Cluster mode 8.3.

I wanted to know How to allocate NFS volume to UNIX VM and Windows VM Host on Cluster mode 8.3? Can you please explain me in step by step process by both ways CLI and GUI?
