Changing WebServices Proxy server

Hi All - I had WSP running in a lab that was configured with WFA. Someone blew away the Linux machine hosting the proxy. I installed a new proxy on a different server. How do I get bak to working?

With regard to WFA, what problem are you facing. Your question is very generic and I would need specific requirement.
