Auto resolution is blocked

Hi All,

In OCI server the Auto Host Resolution is blocked with the Error message " Auto resolution is blocked by identification errors and can't make forword progress, identification error should be resolved"

please find screenshot below,

And i found the error in IP identify with error message " The Name xxx.xx has already lister for this IP"

Can you please help me out about this issue

OCI version : 7.0.3

In the Java UI, go to the

IP Identify

FC Identify views

and look for any records with anything in the Error column

Delete those identifications, and try to force Auto Resolution to run again
