      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to change the admin password for OnCommand Unified Manager 6.3 on Windows as is described in this article:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=1014694" target="_blank"&gt;https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=1014694&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Perform the following steps for UM 6.x on Windows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On the login page for UM, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Forgot Password&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;An email will be sent to the associated email address with a link to reset the password.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Clicking the link will launch the login page and prompt for a new password.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I receive the link but when I click it, I get back to the login page without the option to reset the password (or change it)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;BIG THANKS in advance,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well ... It didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried submitting the "forget pass link" for the admin user and follow the link on the Unified Manager machine where I was connected as administrator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No luck unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this what you were suggesting, or is something else that you have in mind?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, This was a known issue in UM6.3 and fixed in UM6.4 (GA release) expected shortly.</description>
