OnCommand Performance Manager Historical Data

I'm looking to use OnCommand Performance Manager to look at a performance issues 1-3 weeks back where I don't have a perfstat /systat. What are the limitations of this? How can I maximize the detail of the historical data that is available and how far it goes back?
