Unified Manger 7.0 and JAVA version

After updating (due to security concerns of older version) JAVA to 1.8.0_111-b14 when I restart the Windows 2012 server running OCUM 7.0 I no longer can get the login screen to come up. The NetApp OnCommand Application Server service will not start which also keeps the NetApp OCIE Acquisition Unit from starting. (I assume they should be running).

Downgrading JAVA is not an option as my security team will not let the server be on the network with the older version of JAVA.

Any ideas?

Thanks, I'll look at it but one question. The link goes to OnCommand Insight and I am running Unified Manager. It looks like the OCI is from 2015 and I am pretty sure that UM 7.0 just came out this year.
