"No Data Available on the server" in User Quota View of DFM

Hi there,

I have setup a DFM server and add a storage controller to test monitoring function, below steps are done,

1. configure user/pass with 'dfm host set <host> <user> <pass>'

2. re-run 'dfm discover'

All progress completed and user quota monitor refreshes but just no data in User Quota View, while i can see config via 'rdfile /etc/quota'

Could anyone help on it? Thanks.

one of the solutions below, you can try:

Problem Resolution:

Cleaned up the DB to reduce the stale data to improve performance.

Disabled user quota monitoring.

Changed the qtree monitor interval from 8 hours to 12 hours.

Root Cause:

Large numbers of user quotas.
