No data in cm_storage_quota scheme

I have WFA 4.1 with the quota management pack and am trying to query for quota policies and/or rules so I can grab existing quota sizes. In attempting to create a new filter I discovered that the SQL query (SELECT * FROM cm_storage_quota.quota_policy) for cm_storage_quota.quota_policy and cm_storage_quota.quota_rule are returning all NULL values for all fields. There isn't a Cache Query for either Dictionary entry in this Schema. Do I have to manually create a Cache Query for the quota_rule and quota_policy with the cm_storage_quota Schema?

The cm_storage_quota scheme comes with a scripted data source type "Clustered Data ONTAP - Quota". You need to configure this to populate the database.

I do find it odd that we have to configure each cluster as a data source instead of getting quota information from Unified Manager.
