WFA Filter Q-Trees By V-Filer/SVM & Volume

For our S-Now integration, I'm trying to create 2 filters to return a list of Q-trees (incl quota limits) from supplied V-Filer or SVM and volume name - one for 7-Mode and another for C-Mode. I have very limited SQL experience and none with JOIN or INNER-JOIN which I think is necessary to get from v-filer/SVM name to id, to volume and finally to the list of Q-trees. I have tried modifying the 7-mode filter "Filter Q-trees by key" without any success.

Can anyone help please?
