Etc folder access

Hi , when I try to access etc folder I am getting error like your account is not authorized to login from this station. Please list out the reasons for this ...I have tried to access the etc from windows by using //filerIP/etc$ in the run.

Does your windows user ID match storage user ID?(user ID and password)

If that is inconsistent, an authorization failure occurs.

Storage user login is reauired.

It is different..but am able to access other filer etc folder..
