    <description>&lt;P&gt;Some users have reported difficulty downloading contents from the NetApp Automation Storefront specifically when attempting to enter the required Captcha security code.&amp;nbsp; Verify the URL in the browser is using HTTPS:&amp;nbsp; not HTTP.&amp;nbsp; One&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;very likely&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;cause is the download was accessed using Google or a similar search engine.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Recent &lt;STRONG&gt;HTTPS&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Security changes to the available content were implemented and there are older less secure&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Http)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;links still propagated in various search engines which may take time to expire.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Good news!!&amp;nbsp; The solution is simple.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Simply navigate directly to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://automationstore.netapp.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://automationstore.netapp.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and under the OnCommand Insight tab, &amp;nbsp;select and download the desired content. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
