ONTAP Harvest 1.4 and ONTAP 9.3P4

Hello!

I have netapp-harvest-1.4-1 and netapp-manageability-sdk-9.3 installed on our Harvest / Grafana box (RHEL 7.2)... but I'm having issues with ONTAP 9.3 clusters collecting data. All earlier ONTAP versions are still operating as expected.

I have no errors in /opt/netapp-harvest/log/<cluster>.log:

but no data is showing up in:

/opt/graphite/storage/whisper/netapp/perf/

I've done starts / stops / restarts mulitple times...

I've verified the 'ontapi' credentials are working by connecting via Powershell... no capacity issues on the host.

Any suggestions?

Hmm.... It was working for me with 9.3Psomething and it's working with 9.4RC1.

I'm currently collecting with:

OCUM 9.4RC1

NAbox 2.4.2

NMSDK 9.4

Havest 1.4

Have you tried restarting some of the pollers for filers running older ONTAP versions, which "are still operating as expected" ?

Wondering if there is a chance that any poller you stop/start will have this issue.

PS.:

A couple if test systems here with 9.3P6 working fine.
