NetApp-Harvest Write, Read and Average Latency issues(?)

Hi everyone.

The "Average Latency" NetApp Dashboard:Cluster Group seems to me that
there are no relation with "Read Latency" and/or "Write Latency" at
Cluster Workload Drilldown.

The average of "Read Latency" reports 0.1ms and 0.8ms for aff700 and
fas8200.

The average of "Write Latency" reports 0.3ms and 0.7ms.

But Average Latency seems to me over 2ms.

The average of "IOPS" is same, too.
