Netapp Haverst Errors

Ever since we upgraded the firmware on the netapp (NetApp Release 9.3P11) we have seen errors in the harvest logs:

log/fas_netapp-harvest.log

[2019-03-14 13:58:19] [NORMAL ] [main] Startup complete.  Polling for new data every [60] seconds.
[2019-03-14 13:58:21] [WARNING] [fcvi] update of instance_list cache failed with reason: RPC: Couldn't make connection [from cmd on node "fas02" (VSID: -1) to cm at 169.253.232.189]
[2019-03-14 13:58:21] [WARNING] [fcvi] instance-list update failed.

can someone help to solve this?

maybe some version incompatibility?

current versions:

OnCommand System Manager Version: NetApp Release 9.3P11

Harvest app ver: 1.4.1

Hello,

Did you restart Harvest after upgrading ONTAP?

Can you show the output of net int show in ONTAP ?
