ocum volume history graph 1week old data

we are not seeing ocum volume 1week chart accurate info

one one of our users its showing insufficient historical data and two days old snapshot used info

on other user its showing accurate info including 1 week chart (firefox 32bit only ) but not working on chrome

its the same volume and tried on different browsers chrome/firefox on three desktops

are there any client side browser checks other than clear cache latest browser version to get accurate ocum data view on browser chrome ,firefox
