Is OnCommand Report Free Software?

In developing a plan for deploying OnCommand Report, I noticed that there is a license key required that has to be obtained from your sales representative. I was under the impression that OnCommand Report was similar to OnCommand Workflow Automation in that it is a free add-on. Is that accurate?

Hello,

The software is free but requires a license to install and use.

Be aware that that OCR was announced as EOA on 12/18/2013:

The last date to order the OnCommand Report part number is May 9, 2014 and End of Support is 30-JUN-2016.
