Running a test from PowerShell works fine. When using the same credentials from .NET C# console project, an error "System.InvalidOperationException" in system.xml.dll "There was an error reflecting return" when trying to open a client connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
