    <description>&lt;P&gt;Answer given to me by a developer:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is an issue in OneCollect 1.9 on high-end server systems.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When I am trying to execute oncollect its stopping with below error,&lt;/P&gt;
