    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue is a known bug documented here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/bol?Type=Detail&amp;amp;Display=461864" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/bol?Type=Detail&amp;amp;Display=461864&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The workaround is to&amp;nbsp;create an alarm by using the "dfm alarm create" command in the DataFabric Manager server CLI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue does not occur on English versions of Windows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please if this post resolved your issue, please help others by selecting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ACCEPT AS SOLUTION&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;or adding a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;KUDO&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;or both!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I want to create alarms with DFM(5.2.4),but it fails with "Unable to get server time zone offset." error dialog&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;OS is Windows 2008 SP1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
