Issue with reporting Snapshot schedules and deduplication when querying volumes in OCUM 5.1

I wondered if you could advise whether OCUM 6.x will resolve our issues with Operations Manager (DFM) 5.1? The latest installed Plugin we have is the Storage System Config 8.1 (8.1).

We are unable to pull any reporting regarding Snapshot Schedules and Deduplication options when querying the volumes. The Snapshot sizes are quite vague compared to viewing the details on the Volumes within OnCommand System Manager. The NetApp SANs are FAS3220 with release 8.1.2 7-mode installed.

Hi Rob,

Is the credentilas for the controllers set in OCUM ? If so you should be able to get this info without any issue. BTW, can you do a dfm host diag <filer-name-or-id-or-ip> to see if there are any connectivity issues.

Plugins are required only for config management and not for any other functionality.
