Good day!

I've installed onCommand Report. Now I can generate different capacity reports and it's great.

But when I insert qtrees' fields in my reports - Report System shows only qtrees on Secondary filers (which is configured as DR). It looks like there are no qtrees on Primary filers!

At the same time on DFM server I can see all scopes of qtrees as on Primary filers as on Secondary filers. I cannot understand where problems is. I've re-installed onCommand Report but situation is the same!

Maybe someone can help me! Thank you!

---------------

Regards,

Konstantin Udatov

Good day!

To resolve this problem:

1. Install patch in onCommand Report:

Upload the file “netapp_dfm_20131025.zip” from this location ftp://ftp.netapp.com/pub/home/hamdani/pub/netapp_dfm_20131025.zip to your OCR server.

Extract the file that you uploaded to a temp location.

Stop the SANscreen server service.

Go to “<Install>\SANscreen\jboss\server\onaro\deploy\datasources.war” folder.

Save the following file “netapp_dfm.jar”

Copy and replace the same file from temp location to the datasources.war folder

Start the SANscreen server service.

Start the SANscreen acq service.

Log on to OCR client and force the acquisition.

Check the reports and see if this resolves the issue for you.

2. Add capabilities to DFM user like in article:

https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&id=1011412&locale=en_US

These two steps resolve the problem.

---------------

Regards,

Konstantin Udatov
