      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Provisioning Manager (PM) &lt;STRONG&gt;can't&lt;/STRONG&gt; be used to add, modify, delete aggregates on a storage system. You need System Manager or filer view or ONTAP CLI to do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
