Hi all,

I was using the OCIR for few months.Everything is going well and Nice.

But, Once in Month or twice in two weeks ..I was getting failure message showing up stopped reporting device NER cluster storage 1xxxxxx-1xxxxxxxxx.

Looks like its a known issue, but i would like to know what version of OnCommand Report and DFM you are using.

Versions are Oncommand Report 1.1 and dfm 5.0.2.

It looks like a cosmetic error. Its more of an information/warning message than an error message. There should be no problems with the acquisition. It can happen in a case when DFM configuration for an HA pair is wrong. If you have any more issues i would consider opening a case with NGS. Hope this helps!
