      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was using the OCIR for few months.Everything is going well and Nice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, Once in Month or twice in two weeks ..I was getting failure message showing up s&lt;SPAN style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;topped reporting device NER cluster storage 1xxxxxx-1xxxxxxxxx.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like a cosmetic error. Its more of an information/warning message than an error message. There should be no problems with the acquisition. It can happen in a case when DFM configuration for an HA pair is wrong. If you have any more issues i would consider opening a case with NGS.
