HELP - Cannot connect to DFM server

Hello

I am running on a standalone W2K8 host for OCR 1.1. I have full admin rights and access to my OC Unified Manager host and am passing the credentials that i normally use and i created a specific dbuser for the local server. Both are failing to test for connectivity. To just be able to test connectivity, i made both users Global Full Control to be safe.

both OCR and OCM are on the same subnet.

Reading the user guide I believe i have done everything correctly.

thoughts?

Any sort of firewall in place on the DFM server that would be blocking port 2638?

The user is to be added to the OnCommand DB, not sure if you did the same. Please check this video
