DFM hot cannot be connected err5

Hi Team,

IHAC where configured SnapVault using protection manager “DFM.4.0.2” , the initialization get completed without any issuehowever while updating ,it prompts error stating “host cannot beconnected error 5”. I can create new initial relationship with same hostsuccessfully but cannot update them.

Please share your experience.

Can you give us the full job details output ?

Is all the dfm service running ?

Is the connection between dfm and filer fine ?

Can check the same with dfm host diag <filername/ip/id>

HI adai , we have done host diag n its all green ,all services too running fine.

Pls reach out to NGS for the same.As it might require detailed analysis.

BTW try and check if this option is enabled httpd.admin.enable
