Openstack cinder NetApp API failed 9023:LUN already mapped

Info:

Openstack release: Xena

Netapp: FAS9000

Hypervisor: Cisco UCS

SAN switch: Nexus 6000

Hello, I'm tryng to start new instance . The LUN is correctly created on the SVM but in block device mapping phase It returns this error:

"Unable to update attachment.(Bad or unexpected response from the storage volume backend API: Driver initialize connection failed (error: NetApp API failed. Reason - 9023:LUN already mapped to this group))".

I read this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/cinder/+bug/1697490 but in my case the issue appears in the attaching phase.

Any suggestion?
