lvm issue when openstack connect with ontap

hi team

my customer have lvm issue when connect openstack with ontap.

customer allocate iscsi lun to openstack VM and create lvm from openstack VM.

after then can seemed PV/VG/LV info from both VM and host side.

if have method display only in VM side and prevent see from host side?

it will impact automatic delete lun in future.

seemed /etc/lvm/lvm.conf filter will be helpful but not sure.

can somebody help answer it? if have detail step and sample.
