Manila: Could not find eligible network ports on node node02 on which to create Vserver LIFs

Due to a hardware failure, one of the storage nodes in the HA cluster(Platform: A400) was successfully taken over by another node. Although the takeover process was completed without any problems, the OpenStack Manila service was unable to create new file shares.

oslo_messaging.rpc.server manila.exception.NetAppException: Could not find eligible network ports on node node02 on which to create Vserver LIFs.

Is this an issue with the ONTAP driver? How should it be resolved?
