      <description>&lt;P&gt;Due to a hardware failure, one of the storage nodes in the HA cluster(Platform: A400) was successfully taken over by another node. Although the takeover process was completed without any problems, the OpenStack Manila service was unable to create new file shares.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Storage platform: A400&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Node name: node01 &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt; Healthy node / Takeover mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Node name: node02 &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt; Down node&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Manila-share.log&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failed to configure Vserver.: manila.exception.NetAppException: Could not find eligible network ports on node node02 on which to create Vserver LIFs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could not find eligible network ports on node node02 on which to create Vserver LIFs.\n']: manila.share.drivers.netapp.dataontap.client.api.NaApiError: NetApp API failed. Reason - 13001:Failed to check file or LUN copy operation status.
